photo charm for a bracelet?

Hope someone can point me in the right direction...
My DM inherited a charm bracelet from her DM. She adores it. I was wanting to get a small charm to attach to it that has a photo of my DGM on it. All the ones I have seen do not have a clip to attach it to the bracelet and it needs to have that.
