help with a Christmas present from someone who knows about Xbox games please

Someone on my list has asked for the Just Cause 3 game for the Xbox one. Fine, I think, that's easy to pick up online. However, there different versions and I'm not sure what the difference is.
There's just the game, or Amazon sell a "day 1 edition" and other places do it with "bloodhound rpg".

Help! Can anyone translate? Are they all the same game?

Pretty sure the day one edition has extra vehicles and weapons?

I'd personally get the one with the extra Bloodhound RPG. You can't really go wrong with an extra campaign (which I assume this is?)
