Hello! I would say I'm a confidant cook and really enjoy doing it. I'm very excited as everyone is coming to us for Christmas this year!
I have done many roasts and the odd Christmas meal on a smaller scale. I'm trying to write down a step by step timing guide of when I start things and things need to go in the oven. If we want to eat at 2? I realise thT the meat will take different times depending on the weight (a turkey and a ham, 5 adults) but can you give me your step by step timings to help me plan. Or link to a good website with one on? Thanks!
