stuck for present ideas - DNiece, DM and DGM

Looking for some present ideas:

DNiece, 13yo, loves youtube (but not zoella/fleur/tanya), expensive makeup, hair styling, ugg boots and everything expensive

DM, 63yo, doesn't like any presents I get her, but gets upset if she's just given money or vouchers!

DGM, 88yo, very frail, getting a bit forgetful, might be her last xmas. she's in a care home. got her a family photo album thing last year.

DN Jack wills socks or knickers.
DM voucher or tickets for a show/night out/your company.
DGM - puzzle / game/ music or DVD from her era?

Niece - the 4 Benefit minis and stocking from Boots

DM - consumables - nice things a step up from what she'd usually buy

DGM - a visit with a homemade cake

DN - nail varnish set (nails inc or similar brand name from tk maxx)
DM - magazine/flower subscription, book collection from Book People, something practical/gadgety from Lakeland
DGM - IKEA sheepskin rug to sit/lie on, posh bath/shower/toiletries, Photobook of old family photos
