Ice Kingdom or Circus??

Has anyone been to the circus or ice kingdom at Winter Wonderland yet this year?

DS age 8 is desperate to go to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, we went last year and although the rides and food etc are overpriced he really enjoyed it and is begging to go this year.

Was thinking of booking the circus and/or he ice kingdom - has alone been yet? What would you recommend? Thanks

My DP has booked us in to do both this year! Going the 5th so will let you know- we go every year as DP, I, and DD (10) love it! It's our "Christmas is coming" start. And extra special time together ( dp and I do shift work at hospitals so not a lot of it) .
it's our first year doing either!

We did both last year , both were great . My DS loved the ice castle - they had an ice slide last year , not sure if they have one this year . If you can I'd go to both .

Went to ice kingdom this weekend just gone -my 3 (9.6 and 2) enjoyed it but it was cold. I'd go early if going there - we were there at 11.30 and it was getting busy as we left. Have previously done circus there with the kids which was good - in terms of minutes for your money you get more time at the circus...

Ice slide is still there - top tip, lie back and wear a slidey coat"

Thanks everyone. I think we will stretch the budget and try and book both!
(Now I've just got to worry about MIL putting fear in to DS about going on the tube to central London in case of bombers - but that's a whole other thread!)
