They are twins, one is very girly and one is quite tomboy-ish.

Any ideas? Smile

Thanks again for all your lovely ideas.
Love the money box!!! Want one myself.
I've got a few stationary bits from smiggle, scented pens, notebooks and cupcake/burger rubbers, it's a little expensive in there but I'm sure they will love them.
Claires is a good idea, will pop in over the weekend.

I've just bought a Polaroid camera for my niece's 9th birthday, Instax one, for c£65. Maybe something they could share if too expensive for just one.

Snap Andimac that's the one ... cute isn't it!

My daughter also loves those Optical Illusion Books ....

DD is 9 and is having:

A Hudl with a case
Rollerblades with pads and helmet
Books - Katy and Little Stars by Jacqueline Wilson
Body Shop smellies
A bobble hat
A Boden top with an applique horse on it

RavenQueen · 30/11/2015 10:40

I don't know whether you've brought thw hudl already but the Kindle fires are £35 at the minute. Well all the Kindles are on special

CynthiaTaylor · 30/11/2015 12:19

How about a tablet, one for each? The one I have bought, Spidotech Sleek W1, is a good option. Also, it costs only £35.99, so you can easily get both of them their own tablet.

Having a good read of this - there are some great ideas! Being the mother of two teenage boys I'm pretty clueless when it comes to girls and have my friend's 8 year old daughter to buy for.

Thank you Cake

My dd is still really into toys and is quite young for her age, she's getting:
Lego friends
minecraft lego
lego elves
knex roller coaster
Shopkins puzzle
mlp play dough
Shopkins duvet cover

And from her dad she is getting a Amazon fire tablet and a Shopkons plays set.

She has also aked for a bass guitar but will probably get her this for her birthday.

Thanks for all of your fab ideas, I got some lipsticks and
hotties from claires- teddies you pop in the microwave that are like hot water bottles, they're scented too which I know they'll love.

I have an almost 11 year old to buy for too, some of these ideas she would love also.
