Help me shop for my mother please?

I haven't got a clue.
We hadn't spoken in 6 years before now, and now she's coming for Xmas along with her wife and my youngest brother.

Here is literally all I know:
-She likes tigers
-She likes pandas
-She likes tigger (winnie the Pooh)
-Music - The Beautiful South and madness
-TV - old series Bad Girls
-Scared of heights
-Recovering alcoholic
-No sweet tooth
-Aged 42, married with 4 kids
-Part time hotel cleaner
-No religious beliefs
-Not very good with techy stuff
-Doesn't wear jewellery, makeup or perfume
-Very practical on clothing (jeans and tshirt with trainers is about the limit)

I am completely stumped. Budget not really an issue, looking for 3 or 4 items.

As far as I'm aware she has a tablet and kindle but I have no idea of her taste in books.

As a rule we don't give vouchers as gifts.

She doesn't really seem to have any hobbies at all.

So far all I'm getting her is an adult colouring book because her doodling is all I remember of her before things got bad when I was young.

Any ideas would be gratefully received

How about an experience day? Where you can go out for a 3-course meal or attend a premier etc?

Mila thanks for the suggestions but unfortunately I can't see any of those being particularly appreciated. She's certainly not the type to wear "cute" anything!

Nathalie again thank you for the suggestion but she isn't the type who's likely to bother herself with the hassle of going out, all very boring really.
