What do you give your nanny/childminder/cleaner etc for Christmas?

I was going to give our cleaner £20 (she does 4-5 hours a week for us, at £8 an hour) - does that sound ok?
Also, what would you give a nanny who only does one day a week (for eighty quid!)? She has another nannying job which is fairly lucrative, so she's not exactly on the breadline. She's been working for us about 5 months. I'm worried that if I just give her a token 20 quid she'll be insulted, but I can't really afford much more.

Our weekly cleaning bil is £40 so we gave them £40 (two people).
Our nanny has only been with us 4 weeks os far so is getting a couple of presents rather than a weeks salary which I would like to give.Bit strapped this year too so actually helps.
If only one day a week I really think that a present would be perfectly acceptable.

My cleaner's getting £50 and a decent bottle of wine. She does about £48 worth of cleanign a week. If you're worried about insulting nanny give her something like wine/chocolates, not cash. For one day a week that ought to be perfectly acceptable.

Well, to my mind a present always looks better than not-very-much cash - I really can't afford to give her a week's salary!

Also, i was going to give the cleaner a little present as well as the cash - wine or toiletries or something.
Thanks, very helpful comments so far
