Gift ideas for £5-£10 for women

I have recently got a new job where I manage a team consisting of 6 women (age range early 20's to late 60's). I want to get them all a small gift for Christmas (previous manager used to buy wine but want to be a bit more adventurous than that).

Is there anything out there that would suit them all - don't want to spend too much money (nor time )?

Can you get some nice ones for £5-£10?

Nice stationery? You could get them coordinating notebooks and pens for that budget.

Cath Kidson hand cream set or manicure set? They're between £5-£8.

Ted Baker in Boots is on 3 for 2 - so the make-up and body soufflés (VERY pretty packaging for the souffle) will work out less than a £10 each.
