Shops like "the range" (i.e. successors to the late lamented woolworths) are good for this sort of thing. Can usually get some cheapish gift set. Rude/risqué options usually available but may be hen-night themed

I also saw this on Pinterest and thought it could be quite funny. If the person commutes, you could get a plastic travel card holder and put the poem in one side and the tic tacs in the other

If you want it to be rude, those awful edible pants things that are made from the same stuff as candy bracelets. You can get them on amazon. DH did that for the work "pot luck" secret santa last year - goes down well with the right audience...
