santa's grotto in Brighton or London (Wimbledon/Kingston?)

I'm going to UK with dd (7) 5/6/7 December. I'd love to take her to see santa. Only booked flights last night so only just decided at last minute to take her. But all the grottos I've found online are either fully booked or don't start till 12 December.

Does anyone know one (ideally a really good one rather than a bloke in the corner of a broom cupboard) in Brighton, or London, easy to get to by public transport. (I went once to Churchill Square and it was absolute chaos. Total madness and had to wait literally for hours. As we're only in London 1.5 days, and Brighton 1.5 days I'd like to to be well organised and not have hours long queues.

thanks. I don't think she'll want to or be able to do it again, so I want to make it special.

I'm not sure where Kingston comes into it, are you staying near there? But anyway I can highly recommend the Santa experience at Chessington Garden Centre, Painshill park and Garsons Farm, all a short drive from Kingston. No idea about more central london.

I said in OP. Staying 1.5 days in London 1.5 in Brighton. Kingston is easy to get to from where I'll be staying

Never found a good grotto in Brighton, but we had a lovely time on the Bluebell railway, maybe on the way home?

Father Christmas at the Royal Pavillion is really special. I'm definiteltaking the DC there again this year. The Pavillion also has a nice skating rink and is beautiful in its own right.

I recommend Morden Hall Park. They have the grotto open on 5/6 December. £8 per child which includes gift. The DC loved it last year. Free parking at the garden centre.
