'experience' /activity style gift for DH

Can anyone recommend an experience type gift for DH - I was thinking either driving or flying experience voucher or perhaps an activity day such as River Cottage cookery day.
Does anyone know of anywhere doing similar type stuff to River Cottage but maybe a bit cheaper?!
