DP is a proper Star Wars fan since the first one when he was a kid. Lots of SW merchandise around again now, so thinking I'll get him something (probably something small) for xmas. What's the coolest bit of SW merch you've seen so far?

Marking spot. All I have is a bb-8 and R2d2 interactive robots.

curriegirl · 07/11/2015 07:32

Trying also to get my hands on a chewy onesie.

The new Disney light sabre is fab - it lights up from the bottom & the light travels up (instead of being a single block of colour - if that makes sense) and they make they swooshing noises from the movies when used. There's a double and single size one.

Just popping in to pinch some ideas for ds (age 6)

PandasRock · 07/11/2015 08:07

R2D2 measuring cups. I need some, but sadly dh is unlikely to realise how much I need them, nor likely to do the requisite searching for them.

I saw an advert for a Death Star waffle machine. Will wrack my brain for where if anyone's interested!

daisydalrymple · 07/11/2015 08:57

bippity where have you seen the light sabre you describe? I've just looked on Disney website and not sure the one they've got there is yours. Be grateful if you'd let us know, if you pop back to this thread, thanks! Smile

Yes please bippity!

LittleMissGreen · 07/11/2015 09:29

The waffle maker looks very cool. I only have a link to an american site though. I love the little hot wheels cars in the shapes of the characters DS3 bought himself Yoda the other day and I have R2D2 ready for a stocking.

JacobFryesTopHatLackey · 07/11/2015 09:33

I'm the big star wars fan of the house. Last year dp bought me an ice cube maker in the shape of the death star and Shakespeare's version of episode 4.

I've also seen a mini fridge in the shape of R2-D2 but I believe that costs thousands.

NoManJan · 07/11/2015 09:35

They do a Millennium Falcon multitool if you want something practical link

JacobFryesTopHatLackey · 07/11/2015 09:35

Oh and I want a usb stick that looks like Boba Fett and star wars Battlefront for PS4.

This knife block is cool www.campusgifts.co.uk/product/star-wars-x-wing-knife-block

catsofa · 08/11/2015 00:05

Brilliant, I want all these things myself now! Wish my son were old enough for a light sabre but he's only 6 months. Might also give Dp the gift of a babysitter for DS so we can go and see the film together.

I have had a waffle maker, toaster and Christmas baubles pop up on facebook recently. I think they were all available on ebay.
