The Spicery (online spice shop) do a fabulous Boxing Day chutney spice mix and recipe - if you ordered now you might have it by Saturday?

Thank you. I have the ingredients but haven't got three months for mature. Are there any recipes I could make now that would be ready to eat on Boxing Day.

My dm makes a gorgeous one that you can eat straightaway, think is a hairy bikers recipie? I'll see if I can find out and come back with it.

Gordon Ramsey does a lovely pear and ginger chutney. Or nigella Christmas chutney from her Christmas book? Both very good!
