Recommended central London grottos please

DC are 5 and 3. Looking for a good but not stupidly expensive grotto in town so we can combine it with something else we are doing near Victoria that day. Any suggestions? Would prefer not Harrods or Hamleys. In fact would prefer not a toy shop.

The Santa's grotto at Duke of York Sq (just off Sloane Sq on the Kings Road) is excellent. It's free, it's not far from Victoria (walkable or 1 stop on tube, or 10 mins on bus). It's a really lovely grotto with a great Santa. Books up fast but some slots still available for certain dates.
