11 Year Old Niece

DHs niece is 11, and we were thinking of spending 50/60 euro on her at Christmas. Thing is, we have no idea what to get her. She loves horses, but has all she needs for riding lessons etc.

I've asked her if there's anything she'd like, and she said 'Well Lego Friends is good.' She wasn't gushing about it, but did say she thought it'd be a good present. I've taken a look, and most Lego Friends stuff seemed more aimed at younger girls, rather than an 11 year old.

So I was wondering if anybody has any ideas of a great present for this age group please?

11yr old girls are tricky to buy for.

My 11yr old still likes Lego and Playmobil but I think she's quite young.

My middle dd is nearly 13 and still loves Lego Friends.

I don't think I'd buy an 11yo joules vouchers.

Yes it's a tricky age but I think that Lego is pretty ageless really and if she says she's like it I would go with it.

Smiggle stuff? They all seem to love that at this age.

BHS had some over priced huge jars of sweets that an 11 yr old would like

Argos do a mosque kit that my DD loves, she also like de vinchi, Lego is good as is a 3d puzzle.

Cheap digital camera or video camera?

Arts and craft stuff at least that is what my nieces list seems to be made up of

I had never heard of smiggle, but I think my DD who's 7 might just fall in love with everything they have.

I think she'd like stiff like the colouring books, fairy lights, bath bombs, phone cover.

I did a pamper box - pjs, dvds, hot chocolate, popcorn, christmas nails etc last year, and she loved it. I might do a box with a mix of small things in it for her this year.

My 10.5 year old covets the above. I've got her a hoody from Hollister that I got in the sale.

M&Co (and other retailers) have a lot of emoji stuff in. My 12 year old will definitely be getting some pyjamas from there.

Emoji novelty cushions also went down a storm. Her favourite is the one that's crying with laughter, her brother likes the poo and one that's winking while sticking out their tongue.

She loved scented candles, phone cases and Lush.

Etsy and eBay have some great YouTuber merchandise. Her favourite is a hand drawn picture of the popular YouTubers like Zoella and Dan&Phil.

There is a leg friends pops tar range. Dd just got the recording studio which is cool and I may get her the tour bus for xmas
