Can anyone identify this toy?

Dd1 (age 4) has been talking about a toy she plays with at her childminder, I was thinking about getting her one for Christmas if I could identify it.

She says its a little doll dressed up in a costume of an animal, she says there's a rabbit one and a dog one. Does that ring a bell for anyone?

Thanks for any help.

Ask the childminder?

It's not those little Anne Geddes dolls by any chance? Hmm... Now I'm thinking DD would love those. Off to google!

Anne Geddes dolls?

Sylvanian families?

Even if it's not the Anne Geddes ones I'm glad you posted this Op as I'd forgotten all about them. I'm ordering one and if DD isn't bothered with it then it will be mine, all mine Grin

I thought of this www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B010CIWTCQ/ref=mp_s_a_1_15?qid=1446454749&sr=8-15&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=cabbage+patch+dolls&dpPl=1&dpID=41Fx2-3vANL&ref=plSrch it's a bit cheaper and might withstand trips the swing park better. Seeing that's what happens to our dolly.

I am the proud owner of an Anne Geddes bunny and squirrel. Ideal!

I try to avoid buying toys my kids like from nursery or grandparents etc as it makes it less exciting once they have the same at home. It's nice having different types of toys surely. Just my opinion.
