Drawing or painting from photograph

I was thinking of getting my husband a drawing or painting of DD with Dmutt for xmas. I cant find anyone locally. Has anyone used any of the ones which advertise on Internet ie from a photograph. If so would you recommend

My friend did this for me recently, absolutely love it! We are in Berkshire if that's of any use - PM if u would like her details, I can send u a photo of my painting.

Just to say i used margaret scanlan as recommended above. The resulting drawing is perfect. She was extremely helpful and responsive from beginning to end. Thank you Whippet2 for the recommendation
