Evening all...
We're getting a few reports about this thread and tbh we just think you guys should get on with doing all of our Christmas shopping for us. Nothing to delete here.
Back to work, you lot, play nice. Some of us are relying on you. [santa]

Pobspits · 26/10/2015 18:59

Anyone would think the Scottish are tight!

AttitcusFinchIsMyFather · 26/10/2015 19:04

Just delurking to admit to also being Scottish :)

RoaringForties · 26/10/2015 19:07

I'm CelticGrin

So, what is THE m and s biscuit box this year? Was it musical tree last year? My fave was the musical winter scene that spun in a circle, hoping for something similar this year

balletgirlmum · 26/10/2015 19:10

Toblerone. - dd aged 14 asked for the Real Techniques ones. Got a set from Superdrug reduced from £30 to £20

needyounow · 26/10/2015 19:11

Scottish here too. Smile

spub · 26/10/2015 19:14

Outing myself as another bargain hunting Scot!!
National stereotyping, anyone?? GrinWinkWine

SpottyTeacakes · 26/10/2015 19:18

I have the m&s Christmas tree from two years ago.

Wow so many Scottish. I've never been, I'm much closer to France Grin

ChipperNipper · 26/10/2015 19:21

I'm Scottish as well Grin

spub · 26/10/2015 19:22

Spotty,
Come visit. We are nice. Wink

SagaNorensLeatherTrousers · 26/10/2015 19:23

Another one who doesn't mind the chat AT ALL. I think there's quite obviously a weird, thinly-veiled agenda going on there...

Anyway! Back to the bargains. And the chit-chat. Smile

Juliecloud · 26/10/2015 19:23

Me too Smile

Mummytron · 26/10/2015 19:23

I love this thread, let's just enjoy it!

I have to be honest I've been ignoring the mlp hoodie thing not realising what it was, then out of curiosity pressed the link and couldn't buy one fast enough!!

Thank you all, cheers to mumsnetters! Wine xx

winewolfhowls · 26/10/2015 19:23

I feel left out that I'm not Scottish.

waitrosefizz · 26/10/2015 19:24

Saved £7 on Playmobil by ordering from Amazon.de today. It's not a huge saving on the .co.uk price but the ordering process is exactly the same so it's worth doing Halloween Smile

SpottyTheDogWink · 26/10/2015 19:26

Anyone seen any cheap bits for teachers? Not smellies.

spub · 26/10/2015 19:26

Wine, please don't feel left out by the Scottish contingent. We are nice. We are only mentioning our Scottishness in response to some earlier chat. Grin

YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn · 26/10/2015 19:28

I AM SCOTTISH!!

(Not really, just wanted to be part of the Spartacus vibe Xmas Grin

ipswichwitch · 26/10/2015 19:31

Smyths are having a half term sale with 20% off bikes, cosy coupe, and a bunch of other outdoor stuff.

I don't live in Scotland , but I'm not that far down the road (not like my nn would suggest, that's just to confuse people Wink)

spub · 26/10/2015 19:31

Yamas,
That made me laugh a lot. Have some Braveheart stylee blue face paint from over the border to help you go the whole tartan Spartacus hog! Wink

SpottyTeacakes · 26/10/2015 19:33

Ooo waitrose I neighbour your county Smile

SagaNorensLeatherTrousers · 26/10/2015 19:34

The next thread has to be titled - "The One Where we're all Scottish" Grin

FireflyGirl · 26/10/2015 19:36

Love the Scottish stereotype being upheld on here. Doing your country proud ladies absolutely not sucking up in the hope of more bargains

For what it's worth, I'm holding up the Yorkshire Pride over here Xmas Grin Voted worst place to live (again), but we have Wilko, Aldi, Lidl, Home Bargains, B&M etc as mentioned by Spotty. Redeeming qualities, surely?
