Is anybody else completely alone at Christmas?

What do you do?

I'm not sure if I should go and eat in a pub or something (but prices? And alone?) or just forget that it's Christmas entirely and treat it as any other day.

How do you spend the day if you're alone?

About 3 years ago my physical health problems which cause paralysis for days or weeks hit in the morning of xmas day, i had xmas cooked for myself as always like to have it done and prepped in case of a power outage due to all the overload on the system, so as i realised what was happening i dragged myself to kitchen, sat on floor, took plate from worktop and started putting stuff from fridge onto it to microwave, took some drinks back with me and a bundle of dvds to entertain me, a house phone and pressed my alert system to say i was in trouble, i got back into bed,

i ate my xmas at 10am, fell asleep to dvds and woke up as carers kicked off the needed care package to pick up the pieces - v restful low key xmas day
