I second hotel chocolat - particularly the choc enrobed fruits, turkish delight, and truffles. And briliantly their chocogram boxes are made to be just teh right size to go through a letterbox, so if you are sending them the recipient doesn't have to be in to take delivery. In fact I have just spent over £200 on their website (I'm having lots of people to stay over Xmas and sent some as presents)

but I could get some for my sister and dp

Normally I never have chocolate at all but I've given up alcohol so it seems to have become quite desirable (must be the iron I think!)

oh prufrock and cod have ordered and unorder the enrobed fruits loads now as sometimes think they sound great and then change my mind thinking it is weird and expensive. The ones I have my eye on are:

amaretto apricots
mulled wine / kirsch cherries
maderia prunes?
orange tangs
ginger and honey tangs (am most unsure about these!)

sorry for the hijack but am soooo bad at decisions!

I like montezumas.co.uk though their delivery service last Christmas wasn't great. (have spent ages trying to do a link but am useless )They've opened a shop near me now

I also recommend hotel chocolat you can get a box every month and there is always something a bit different that you think may be yeurgh but is bliss really nice rhubarb one last iirc.

I'm with RuthT - Roccoco are fabulous. Have never tried Hotel Chocolat because the shops don't have tasting - do they have something to hide?
