Lego made me chuckle with her comment about sleep shopping in the last thread!

For all info see next post for links etc and let me know if a link doesn't work or a code is no longer valid or if I've missed something good Thanks

My two boys had a MIP each last Christmas. I think they're great, they did want a zoomer but having researched the two I felt the MIP was the best. To be honest they did sit in a drawer for a few months, they can only do so much after all and the novelty wears off after a while. However, if you can get them for a decent price they're good fun.

FlopIsMyParentingGuru · 22/10/2015 21:06

That's great thanks. Been weighing up MiP versus Robosapien.

Trying to convince DS that there is a world outside of Lego!

littlemagic · 22/10/2015 21:11

Does anyone know if on black Friday last year you could double your tesco club card voucher to buy a tv?

Kerrierr · 22/10/2015 21:17

woodwaj · 22/10/2015 21:27

ReluctantCamper · 22/10/2015 21:28

Just got a great deal on this Scooby doo mystery Mansion lego , it's currently £62 at very, I used the £30 off a £60 spend code provided by IamaPaleantologist , and also got £4 cash back, so got it for £28. DS1 is going to love it!

Thanks for the shoe suggestion HangingBasket , I think I'm going to have to let the bitterness pass for a while as the other shoes were such a good bargain .

Ilikesweetpeas · 22/10/2015 21:41

Please can anyone help me with the eBay code? I can't find it on here or their FB page. Thanks

MrsBungle · 22/10/2015 21:44

FrantasticO · 22/10/2015 21:46

Has anyone got a recommendation or good deal for wheelies?
I'm not sure about them, but my seven year old is desperate for some!

PjDay · 22/10/2015 21:53

RJ you have me eyeing up all my colleagues now!

Does anyone have a Tesco discount code or know where I can get the best deal possible on the Friends Box Set? DS seems to be really into Friends at the minute.

Ilikesweetpeas · 22/10/2015 21:54

MrsBungle thank you for your swift reply Flowers Had been looking for a scooter for DD's December birthday so delighted to save £12 on that!

Serendipitystardust1 · 22/10/2015 21:54

Thanks for the eBay code - just ordered the massive park/playground Playmobil set from Toys r us - was £34.99 (which was a pretty good deal) paid £27.99 delivered. Love this thread Smile

RJnomaaaaaargh · 22/10/2015 21:59

Pj friends box set is just under £40 on base.com free shipping. I have seen it a while back for £30 in Tesco - I think a couple of xmases back but that's the best for a while.

Pj I may start carrying a bag of Pom bears to partnership meetings as a sign haha

RJnomaaaaaargh · 22/10/2015 22:00

Or Tesco club add double up starts soon if that's any good

Chrisinthemorning · 22/10/2015 22:01

Thank you for the eBay code.
Got 5 wooden Thomas trains from an eBay seller (annie&Clarabel, diesel 10, Stephen, Marion and battery Thomas) for £46 altogether which is pretty good- they are expensive normally.
Ordered Cranky off amazon for £19 (had a free £5 for doing surveys).
Got Harold and Skiff from sains today (take &splay) for £2.49 each. Then got a £5 off £30 spend at the instore Argos at the register in sains- spent it on the Duplo Fire station- taking it to £30, normally £45.
Nearly done for DS (3).

FlopIsMyParentingGuru · 22/10/2015 22:07

Can someone please remind me of the very code please? I already have a very account has anyone got their partner to open an account and use the code successfully?

winewolfhowls · 22/10/2015 22:34

Thanks panels and spotty aldi kitchen is certainly looking tempting now

PjDay · 22/10/2015 22:39

Haha, I will keep an eye out.

I never have many club card points, my nectar card is my best friend! Will wait a few weeks until the supermarkets start doing box set deals just on the off chance. Thank you.

30% off huggler HUGPU30

SpaghettiMeatballs · 23/10/2015 06:14

winewolfhowls how big is your toy kitchen space? The Aldi one is much more compact but still has all the features of the Mothercare.

Just to throw this into the mix.... It has the same layout as my friend's and has a flat back so will sit really nicely against a wall. Perfect for a larger room:

SpottyTeacakes · 23/10/2015 06:23

Here's a picture of our kitchen. It's under the stairs and is the dc's 'house'. We have a small house so perfect.

RosieBdy · 23/10/2015 06:24

Huge thanks Flowers to whoever posted about the gorgeous rainbow dress from aliexpress.
I ordered on 10th October and it arrived yesterday. It's perfect for my rainbow loving DD. I ordered aged 10 for my skinny but tall 7 year old. It's the right length, a little baggy, but looks wonderful.

winewolfhowls · 23/10/2015 06:47

We have a small house so I think based on the advice above aldi it is. Thanks very much, we were thinking of under the stairs too. Now for the food you can pretend to cut....
