Help me find this bauble?

Hello - are there any decoration enthusiasts out there who can help me find this kind of bauble?

We were given a set of 3 of these as a wedding present many years ago and now sadly only have one left I'd love to find some more!

It's a bit tricky to see what is going on in the photo. It looks like a simple glass bauble with some iridescence on it - is that right?

If you google "hand made glass bauble" you will see what I think you are looking for, but I couldn't spot anything as simple as this one. If you have a local glass maker, then it's worth trying them to see what they have.

This looks similar, but bigger at 8cm.

Slightly smaller one at 6cm.

Looks like they might be called soap bubble glass baubles?

Is the chain running through the bauble? Rather than attached to the top?

I love the idea of christmas baubles as a wedding gift - really nice start to a family collection of decorations.

it was a lovely idea! we were broke students and wanted everyone to be able to give something if they wanted to, although we went to pains to emphasise they didn't.

We spent the day after unwrapping parcels with 100s of unique baubles and decorations overall, and it's an absolute joy to decorate the tree every year. Can't wait for December!
