Poundland had Chupa Chups and Swizzels Drumstick branded scented candles.

CRtester · 13/10/2015 10:17

wish noths have some quite nice gifts that might work for your friend? Depends what she likes etc, but there's quite a range here:

Cath Kidson has an autumn sale on here for anyone looking for someone who loves her style.

TimonAndPumbaa · 13/10/2015 10:30

Does anyone have any good bargain ideas for a little boy who's turning 5 just before Christmas? I have girls so haven't a clue! I'm hoping to spend no more thank £10.

ScaryDinosaurs, if you sign up for disney newsletters apparently they send you a code for 15% off on your birthday. Another poster gave me their code on the last thread (it's a one use code) and I signed up with a November birthday so hopefully I'll get a code in a few weeks time. If you don't get a code before then you can mine in November if they give me one. You can't use it on promotions though.

Youcantscaremeihavechildren · 13/10/2015 10:39

Aargh, I broke book people! I've been trying to order books for dd all morning, the codes won't work and now my baskets emptied itself...

I'm looking for a better deal on the started kre-o, it's like cheap hasbro brand lego, I need to get dh a starship enterprise but it's 30 quid, I refuse to pay that much...

ColeslawSandwich · 13/10/2015 10:49

wish I got this and really like it as its personalised. link

TheOddity · 13/10/2015 10:52

I really need to stop buying 'bargains' now! That Lisa Angel site is absolutely beautiful though, I wanted everything and even personalised items in the sale so would be good for the person looking for something special for her best friend. I'd already bought my mum's present but couldn't resist a couple of cheap bits that were just so lovely.

I managed to find a 10% off code too with the word 'WELCOME'.

canto3 · 13/10/2015 11:17

Jesse here's my link for 15% off at Lost My Name. My account says no friends have used my link trying not to feel rejected

KatieMoragsMum · 13/10/2015 11:23

Has anyone seen the big tubs/tins of Roses/Quality Street etc out yet? Or for sale online anywhere?
I need 4 for whole family presents. I know they normally end up on offer in the supermarkets nearer Christmas. However I'm bed bound due to spinal injury, so it's strictly an online shop this year!

ihatethecold · 13/10/2015 11:24

Could someone pick some up for you when they go shopping?

IamAgamemnon · 13/10/2015 11:47

There's 25% off personalised mugs at Moonpig this week here

Some great new Star Wars designs in thereSmile

wigglesrock · 13/10/2015 11:59

For anyone panicking about Molton Brown orders - I placed mine 10 days ago, hadn't heard anything at all from them and couldn't get logged in to check the order status. Was going to leave it another couple of days and have just received an email from them confirming my order is on its way.

LittleMissGreen · 13/10/2015 12:03

KatieMoragsMum there were big tubs out yesterday in Sainsburys, think they were £6 a piece.

LittleMissGreen · 13/10/2015 12:04

actually appear to be £5 a tub online

Nc19999992 · 13/10/2015 12:05

Not exactly for Christmas, but our wedding is middle of November and we want some boxes of really nice expensive looking chocolates to give to the people who have really helped us. Budget of no more than £5 Confused wedding on a budget.. Blush

Nc19999992 · 13/10/2015 12:05

£5 per box obviously!

Shutthatdoor · 13/10/2015 12:07

KatieMoragsMum They also have them in Morrisons and Asda to for £5 I think.

KatieMoragsMum · 13/10/2015 12:11

Brilliant thank You, Little Miss Green. We'll have this week's food shop from Sainsburys instead of asda, and its all sorted. Perfect!

ToddlerTantrums · 13/10/2015 12:12

Place marking sorryBlush

KatieMoragsMum · 13/10/2015 12:13

Oh, even better, thanks, Shutthatdoor, I'll have a hunt again. I couldn't see them yesterday.

yaffle · 13/10/2015 12:19

The tubs of chocolates are all £4 in Asda at the moment , I'm assuming they'd be the same online , (although I very helpfully can't remember if it's a £25 or £40 minimum for delivery ).

Asda (instore ) and Tesco (online) have quite a few of the Skylanders Trap Team (the last game ) figures reduced to around £5.

I'm having a dither about Lego Dimensions , I've put in a beat my price request via Bespoke Offers (like Flubit ,but you can do it from most major websites ) and from what I've read they seem to be coming back with £65 , really don't know whether to get it now or see if it gets reduced around Black Friday , but then that runs the risk of not getting it .

SoupDragon · 13/10/2015 12:34

PUG15 gives 15% off totally-funky.co.uk until midnight on Friday.

woodwaj · 13/10/2015 12:40

Palmtree · 13/10/2015 12:43

Long time lurker here - I love this thread, so helpful!

My contribution is for anyone who likes slightly unusual museumy-gift shop type things; the Museum Selection website has a mid-season 60% sale on at the moment: www.museumselection.co.uk/sale-deptsale_pg1/ - hope that link works!

wigglesrock · 13/10/2015 12:45

My MB order has just arrived!
