Emma Bridgewater code only works on full price items, I purchased both sale and normal and discount only applied to full price items.

Sockattack · 11/10/2015 21:01

Reastie, you pop your phone into the headset, and look through the lenses, which act like 3D glasses when used in conjunction with an app on your phone. The headset blocks off all other light, and your brain then thinks you're in a different world! You can look up and down, and even turn around, and the whole point of view changes, just as if you were actually looking around in reality.

It's absolutely amazing! My children were using an app which took them on a crazy rollercoaster ride through space, and to honest, my mind was just boggled :-) It's very, very cool... but hard to explain without seeing it yourself, I think.

Reastie · 11/10/2015 21:34

Wow, I want one now!

Yep you can definitely stack both book people codes- HAPPY15 to get 15% off and GIFT15 to get a free book. Still need to spend over £25 to get free delivery though. The free gift includes a nice looking lift the flap space book.

Pobspits · 11/10/2015 22:20

Was someone looking for rainbow things? If so Asda have this decoration which I love here

ChipperNipper · 11/10/2015 22:30

I need a bargain on a present for a 2yr old boy if anyone sees anything that costs around the £10 mark or less

ChipperNipper · 11/10/2015 22:32

Didn't loads of people buy those cardboard glasses last year? What was the consensus on them?

Pobspits · 11/10/2015 22:33

chipper both my kids have loved this around that age here

backinschool · 11/10/2015 22:33

Hi, I'm looking for baby annabell bargains too - DD2 has decided that she is asking santa for the learn to walk doll. It has very mixed reviews but she has fallen in love with it (and the bloody sheep and rocking cradle thing but I'm hoping she'll forget about those). It is down to £39.99 on amazon but I think its been down to £30ish so if any of you fab bargain hunters see it below £35 can you let me know.

Pobspits · 11/10/2015 22:36

Or [[

Pobspits · 11/10/2015 22:37

ffs this is what I'm getting our friends 2yo boy

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 11/10/2015 22:55

There are a lot of those Google carboard glasses on eBay for lower prices but I don't know anyone who has them and didn't know how good they would be. Very temping now you've used some. What app did you use?

snowgirl1 · 11/10/2015 23:38

Could anyone recommend any other personalised books? The Lost My Name books are a bit more than the budget I've got, even after a 15% discount. I can remember having a personalised book as a child which mentioned the name of my pet rabbit, my best friend, my brother - so I think it would make a great gift, but just need to find one within budget!

stinkingbishop · 12/10/2015 06:46

Woah. Those lovely marketing folk...if you fill your basket at Anorak and then leave it 24 hours as I have done without checking out (because the codes wouldn't work) they email you with another code for 20% off!!

ihatethecold · 12/10/2015 07:24

The sass and belle website linked above has some great presents for older girls.

MissRainbowBrite · 12/10/2015 07:36

LBOCS2 the cheapest I have seen the MLP castle is Costco, if I remember right it was £60.

Reastie · 12/10/2015 07:45

new thread here

I know it's ridiculously early but I'm off out for the day in a min so won't have time to update when it will probably be needed.

chipper yes, weren't those cardboard 3D glasses the chalk pens hot of last year's thread, everyone bought them! DH got some and they are pretty cool for the price you pay :) we used them with an iPhone.

Gatekeeper · 12/10/2015 08:36

huh; I sent a pair of those 3d glasses to a mumsnetter last year as I bought them and realised that the phone we had wasn't compatible. Never even said 'thanks' for them

HideHide · 12/10/2015 08:46

I ordered those cardboard glasses from that American site last year and never got them Angry
