Missing Piece for Playmobil Advent calendar

Great, isnt it, We are missing a piece for day 6 and can I get hold of Playmobil?. Sent them an email and I was told to expect a reply within 5 working days. Trying to ring and obviously nobody there, stupid answer phone message saying that I am 1st in the queue for the last 10 mins. We have two identical ones as are girls are close in age so they will know if something is missing from one of them. Keep you fingers crossed that I get somewhere with them.

Just wanted to add that this was new one bought for us by MIL who lives miles away so I cant easily change it.

I wouldnt apart from its some wheels from a puschair, so the pushchair wont work properly.

When I have phoned Playmobil about a couple of pieces we had lost and needed replacing, they were very helpful. One bit they sent wasn't quite the bit I wanted, but it was really partly my fault for not checking the illustration on the leaflet properly, but they resent the piece I wanted free of charge.

The only thing is thair spare parts are sent from Germany, so take quite a few days to arrive. You probably wouldn't get the part in time for 6th December, but I'm sure they would send it to ensure you had the complete set.

I called the Playmobil UK customer care line ( on the brochure in the advent calendar box), as a baby in the advent calendar had a scarily deformed face!
2 days later a new one arrived from them.

Just had an answer from my email to say the part will be posted today.
