It's £119 in Tesco. With £15 club are vouchers that will give me £30 towards dds Christmas in the next double up offer taking the actual cost down to £89.

YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn · 27/09/2015 21:47

Wonky not particularly bargainous but t shirt studio are fantastic. I ordered DP a customised t shirt in 2013 from there (came to just under £15 with delivery) that has been worn and washed loads and still looks fab. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 27/09/2015 21:55

Wonder if it'll be TabletGate this year! Xmas Grin

GiraffesAndButterflies · 27/09/2015 21:59

What if any Playmobil stuff is actually worth it for a 2.10 yo? She adores happyland so this seems like the next step. But sooooo pricey. Is it really popular with others' DC?

GiraffesAndButterflies · 27/09/2015 22:00

Sorry, that's possibly a bit off topic, but I just want to know if it's good value for the price, so youse lot seemed like the people to ask Grin

wonkywheel · 27/09/2015 22:03

Thanks too YaMas - have to decide between the two now Grin

LittleMissGreen · 27/09/2015 22:07

You can get T-shirts printed at 50p a letter at No Worries. T-shirt itself less than a fiver. I haven't used them online but fairly certain they are where I bought DS3 a t-shirt when we were on holiday in Cornwall and it has lasted really well.

YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn · 27/09/2015 22:08

We had our first foray into Playmobil the year before last when my youngest two were 2 and 3. They've been such a huge hit! We now have a massive plastic tub of the smaller parts and the larger pieces (aeroplane, swimming pool, helicopter) dotted about the play room. They're played with almost daily. The only thing I did was to put away the smaller pieces (such as the plates and cutlery etc from the campervan) away until they were slightly older.

YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn · 27/09/2015 22:11

If it helps, the t shirt I bought was completely my own design. I sent them the picture and wording of what I wanted and they recreated it exactly as I imagined.

wonkywheel · 27/09/2015 22:22

That's very bargainous LittleMissGreen! Thanks YaMas, they sound fab but think I'll have to go with the £4.99 one, as it's such a simple text design and DH may just end up only wearing it in bed anyway, but already having thoughts of a more complex design for BIL that they'd be good for - may have found 2 presents looking for 1 Grin

RJnomaaaaaargh · 27/09/2015 22:22

There's another great Tesco deal if you have Disney infinity 1.0 or 2.0.

You can buy the 3.0 upgrade software (£30 I think) and the inside out starter pack (£30) for £35 and 1000 free club card points, the Star Wars starter pack is included too but out of stock.

I've just spent £154 on the millennium falcon and the infinity packs and got £26 in club card points back which will give me £52 to spend in the next double up, thus getting the Lego AND the Disney, both on my list, effectively for my £100 target.

itsonlysubterfuge · 27/09/2015 22:48

Giraffes DD was 2.5 last Christmas and got mostly Playmobil, she loves it. We weren't sure if she would like it or not so bought her a couple blind bags and the smaller sets that are just people and animals, she liked it a lot, so we bought her more for her 2nd birthday. Then proceeded to buy even more for Christmas. She plays with her Playmobil every day.

We are thinking of buying her the Grande Mansion from Costco. It's really expensive, but I think she will love it.

Not strictly a Christmas bargain but La redoute are doing 25% off everything with code 5233. I got a few things for work and between the sale and discount it was £102.46 from £198.00.

balletgirlmum · 28/09/2015 00:04

The link to the Debenhams perfume reminded ME they have a 25%off sale on. I checked the top & trousers I saw in store a few weeks ago & got 50% off the top & 25% off the trousers.
