If anyone sees any good bargains for a male primary teacher please let me know! (Don't think he's a big drinker, is married and has a kid, is in mid 20s)

LancashireTea · 04/10/2015 22:19

I too have pillaged the MB website and bought a few of the baubles as stocking fillers. Brilliant bargain with the discount.

There is 15% off Hobbycraft if you sign up, if that hasn't already been mentioned.

evelynj · 04/10/2015 22:20

Crikey-I've done 4 orders now with Molton brown, hope they work! Spread around the houses for delivery-thanks for the tip. Time to step away from the Internet for me! If there's any more champagne for £10 offers I'd be grateful-thinking this would be good for teachers & childminders.

ja9r · 04/10/2015 22:21

KIehls. I am new to this shop. Dh has said he would like 'anything from that shop!' Does this shop do offers / codes does anyone know or am i as well to just buy now? Prices are a bit eye watering, and as someone who is happy to wear moisturiser from poundland, i will struggle to had over my card!

ThomasRichard · 04/10/2015 22:22

You're making me feel better about my two MB orders.

Jeanniejampots80 · 04/10/2015 22:26

Unfortunately the Molton Brown code doesn't work on the EU website that I have to use for Ireland

Jeanniejampots80 · 04/10/2015 22:27

:(

kavv0809 · 04/10/2015 22:30

Oh I am all about the Chill Factor cups. They are witchcraft, witchcraft I tell you. Absolute magic. There isn't much I haven't slushied including cider for DH. Dingit any chance yours was a faulty one?

trinitybleu · 04/10/2015 23:03

Thanks for the Claire's code - got £30 worth for £12 Smile

also mega thanks for the tip re Infinity 2.0 being upgradable ... DD was most put out when I said I wasn't buying a whole new set just for Inside Out characters. Unfortunately that set is out of stock on Tesco now but the offer is good til the end of December so waiting for it to be restocked.

poppetina · 04/10/2015 23:34

Thanks for the tip about the gro clock HortonWho, I've just got one for DD's birthday next week. She's been desperate for one since DS got his a few weeks ago!

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 04/10/2015 23:40

Chill factor cups are amazing !

I've run out of things to slushy!

Pobspits · 04/10/2015 23:42

In Home Bargains they have round pink hair brushes in the style of tangle teasers for 79p!!! I bought one to try on Dd who will scream unless I use her special TT brush (we have 2, only 2 is acceptable) and it works like a charm - 79p!!!!

Pobspits · 04/10/2015 23:42

*only 1 is acceptable

Iggi999 · 05/10/2015 00:04

Pobs, for your male teacher why not get stationery? Most teachers delighted to get nice stuff, even if it is a bit of a busman's Holiday-type gift!
Red toothbrush I am in awe of your price tracking this morning Grin

DeathstarDame · 05/10/2015 01:04

BOGOF Disney DVDs are back at Zaavi. Use code SOCIAL for 10% off first orders for new customers.

m.zavvi.com/offers/disney-buy-one-get-one-free/dvd.list?sortOrder=price&searchFilters=&sortReverse=false

IBelieveInPink · 05/10/2015 04:02

Not sure it's any better than the zavvi offer.... But Disney are 2 for £12.99 on Amazon too. Good for free postage maybe?

BanoffeePieIsMyFave · 05/10/2015 05:04

pobspits - you could try doing a 'movie night in' hamper. Have seen these popcorn boxes in both poundland and home bargains - then just fill with goodies such as snacks, maybe glass bottles of coke, whatever you like really.
Can throw in some cinema vouchers too
Wrap in cellophane and it does look the part!

Where were the cheap chill factor cups? Sounds like something my teens would like as a cheapy present?

BlueStarsAtNight · 05/10/2015 07:45

IzzyBuzzy (or anyone else) do you have a recommendation for colouring pencils for adult colouring?!

I bought molten brown baubles at 00:15 and they still did free delivery even though it was technically Monday, so very happy Smile

Nc19999992 · 05/10/2015 08:02

Does anyone know which £36 candle smells nice? They all sound like they would smell foul! Molten brown this is!

AlwaysUnsure · 05/10/2015 08:16

Jeannie I'm in ireland too I used the UK site and my parcel motel address. The MB code worked for me. Thanks to everyone for all the bargain tips I'm a long time lurker with a very full cupboard now Blush the MB code has sorted 2 gifts for me. Thanks Thanks

FireflyGirl · 05/10/2015 08:42

There are discounts on most of the Happyland products at ELC - anything from 10% to 50% on the fantasy palace and Sherwood Castle here

The nativity and Christmas sets are also discounted.

Don't forget to go through cashback sites - they're offering 4%

TheOddity · 05/10/2015 08:46

If you are looking for stocking fillers, the Poundland site has a code for free delivery at the moment (usually £4). Try not to abuse it with one item though, as I rather think they won't offer it again if everyone does that!

Code is STUDENTFREEDEL

FireflyGirl · 05/10/2015 08:51

Mothercare has 6% cashback through Quidco (5% through topcashback) and has wooden dinosaurs at half price, £6. Triceratops, stegosaurus and T-rex.

Also, big 700 piece craft set reduced from £25 to £12.50 here. Looks as though there are instructions on how to make some of the things as well.

wonkywheel · 05/10/2015 08:56

30% off at the Works with FESTIVE30 (if you spend over £30 - it's 20% off over £20 and 10% off over £10 if not)
