Hever Castle at Christmas

Hever Castle looks lovely for a Christmas visit. Has anyone been? Is it worth the money?

My children will be 9 & 11 so wondered if it would be a bit young for them.

Thank you

Was going to book this year so interested in responses! Couldn't see on the website how much it costs?!

I have never been, so can't help, sorry, but I have just looked it up and it looks amazing.

That's my pre-Christmas treat sorted, thanks!

We went last year and it is fantastic - wise men on camels in the grounds, hog roasts, a nativity story running through the grounds, lots of fake snow. All a bit magical, I don't think it would be too young for your DC - it's more about the story and the specialness of the time of year than 'Father Christmas and his elves'.

Thanks for that - will certainly book.

Booking opens on the 14th September unless you have an annual pass.
