Wooden dolls house for barbie height dolls

Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations for a wooden dolls house that is good for barbie height dolls?

DD is turning 4 at Christmas time.

Smyths usually do a few.

If you know anyone with a Costco card, or have one yourself, they do amazing doll houses as well.

The grande manor house from elc is lovely. It's £160 but last year they half priced it in run up to xmas.

Yep, Costco is where you need to go. They have the kidkraft houses. We have the mansion house (I think) - it's big, but brilliant for more than one child playing as all rooms are accessible, will try to find a link

The ELC one is a kid kraut one just renamed I got it for £60 a couple of years back just before Christmas as it went on sale.

We've had it about 5 years now, been through 2 dds (and friends) and now ds is playing with it. It's fab.

Costco currently have this massive Frozen palace for £150. I'd love to be 5 again just so I can play with it.

Sadly we have no Costco near us : (

Dd2 saw the frozen palace when we were last at Costco and was trying to convince me we needed it!

Are you at all crafty? We turned two ikea expedit unit now kallax into Barrie houses. Pained the walls with scrapbook paper and got carpet samples from the local carpet shop. My dad made a roof for one.

If your local to me Dd will be selling the smaller one soon.

Just seen how many typos and bits missing there are in the paragraph! It should read we painted the ceilings and used scrapbook paper and wrapping paper for the walls. Carpet samples for the floors. The little lights are battery ones which stick on and are touch operated.

And it's a barbie house not Barrie house!

Our Costco kidkraft one was brought online for £59.99. We are members but I'm sure I read if you aren't a member you can still order but have a 5% surcharge.

There are some great ones on eBay, I bought one for my did 2 1/2 years ago and it is still looking as good as the day she opened it and she has played with it every single day. Best thing I ever bought. I'm trying to find the exact one but can't locate it. Have a look on there though and check the reviews.
