Hello all,

Hopefully the second message on the thread will contain a list of potentially useful links. I haven't checked through all of last years useful links so if I've missed any good ones please let me know and I'll amend.

I'll do my best to keep it updated with each new thread.

DD was watching some kind of Disney Christmas cartoon this morning so I'm feeling rather festive today :)

Build a bear code 2001469 x

PamelaEwing · 19/09/2015 10:43

I posted the Build a Bear code a few days ago, here's the link ;)

Build a Bear 2 for £21 limited time only using code 2001469

There around 20 included in this offer incl. some Marvel Super Heroes, a few My Little Ponies, Honeygirls and LalaLoopsy. Some of the bears prices are £21 alone so 2 for £21 is a bargain.

PamelaEwing · 19/09/2015 10:44

Oops sorry for cross post story

Thank you so much storybrooke and Pamela. Just bought two £20 bears for £25 inc delivery. Xmas Smile

storybrooke · 19/09/2015 12:30

Lurleene thank you, they're adorable. I've signed up to very with the £30 off £60 spend so got some mashers and lightsaber too. Will see what smyths have to offer tomorrow.

saladfingers · 19/09/2015 12:34

Morrisons are selling 200g boxes of Quality Street, Maynard wine gums, Celebrations and Roses 2 for £2. Not huge boxes but a nice little gift if you have loads of teaching assistants etc to buy for. They also have other sweet offers and 2L bottles of brand soft drinks e.g. Sprite, Doc Pepper, Fanta for £1 if anyone stocking up for the holiday yet!

Iggi999 · 19/09/2015 12:34

How do I know which bears might be included in the offer? I can only see the 2 for 26 pound ones on the website, do you just put them in your basket and see if the code works?

RosieBdy · 19/09/2015 12:51

Hi all, just a reminder that Smyths have their 20% off weekend til Monday (instore only and excludes software and video games)
We've just got back from spending DD’s birthday money and it was well worth a trip...

RatOnnaStick · 19/09/2015 13:11

BanoffeePieIsMyFave thanks so much for the Thomas playset. Its in my basket now. That'll keep ds2 happy on holiday at half term.

glenthebattleostrich · 19/09/2015 13:41

Thanks for the bear code. That's 2 of my neices sorted for £24.25.

Just have a very jealous 5 year old to deal with now!

glenthebattleostrich · 19/09/2015 13:42

Iggi, you choose 2 of the bears on 2 for £26 then enter the code at checkout. It takes an extra £5 off then to make them £21 plus postage.

Scaredycat3000 · 19/09/2015 13:51

Iggi Pick two from the 2 for £26 then go to the basket, click on promotions grey banner under the 40% off accessories advert and above your order this reveals space to add the code 2001469 which takes £5 off a £25 spend. Phew

Scaredycat3000 · 19/09/2015 13:55

X-post!

Scaredycat3000 · 19/09/2015 14:05

And thanks to Deathstar for
Vertbaudet have £15 off a £29 spend with free delivery and a free melamine dinner set using code 4947
DS2(3) is very happy with his hoody that the hood comes off, been waking round all morning with just the hood on, and his new trakkie bottoms feel lovely. Plus the free bag with bowl, sippy cup, spoon and fork he decided he wasn't to old for Grin All delivered for £16 in only 4 days, used to take months! I used an old account despite it being for new customers.

captainflash · 19/09/2015 14:38

The Build-a-Bear code is great! Whilst it's not quite the same as going into store, I'm happy with the two bears I got. If you didn't notice, the 'buddies' have 40% off them too on the website. So I got a little wolf dressed in a skeleton suit for my Halloween obsessed DS for only £4 something. Worth adding if you're already paying the delivery charge.

Iggi999 · 19/09/2015 15:10

Thank you both for the help!
Re Vertbaudet, I got some stuff from them last week, decent price but no sign of the free gift (a jacket, in my case). So will have to follow that up. Bet it will be oos and I'll have to get a sports bag or something equally unwanted!

weebarra · 19/09/2015 15:20

My first venture on to the bargain threads this year, starting late!
Thanks for the vertbaudet code, have just bought some bits for rapidly growing DS1.
