Looking to do a stocking for my husband as his family open presents early but we're with my family who open stockings late in the day.

so far I have planned:
Mini whisky (Asda have aberlour miniatures for £3)
munchkin (game) blister packet
Cards against humanity (game) 90's blister packet
satsuma (same as the kids)
sugar mouse (same as the kids)

I'm not sure what else to put in there? He was eyeing up the wallet ninja I'd bought for my dad so I might get one of those...

I get a few good things and some bits from the pound shop to fill them up. E.g. Mini screwdriver sets, torch etc.

Little notebook? (Waldo pancake do do some funny ones)
Ditto for a coaster. .
"Christmas" socks
Chocolate coins (we always have them in our stockings!)

Novelty socks, pants, paperback book, chocolate coins are always standard in ours.

Oh I love the idea of a paperback in the stockings! I put small aftershaves in the teens.

Dh gets socks, pants, toiletries, sweets, little game or puzzle, mini torch, book, diary, pens etc

The dc made dp a big felt stocking a few years ago and embroidered his name on it with the help of nanna!
It's very sweet, they know that we fill it up not Father Christmas so they also choose things for it.
We normally put in a pint glass, bottle of beer, posh chocs, fishing flies, socks and pants, iTunes voucher, scratchcard, something for his shed (last year a sign, the year before a calendar), personalised dart flight things, can't remember what else. It is quite a big stocking! It does go under the tree with his bigger presents, but they are all contained.
Can't wait to start getting things for this year, I don't really start my shopping until much later on in the year though!

DP gets luxury versions of everyday things (soap, toothpaste, deodorant) sometimes socks, pants or a pack of handkerchiefs, a packet of sugru, a magazine, some stuff which is traditional to our family (Swanee whistle, a finger puppet) a salami, a jar of marmite, a jar of cornichons, a satsuma, a chocolate orange.

DH always has a stocking (and he always does one for me). Contents will vary slightly from year to year, but always include a satsuma in the toe, a bag of chocolate coins and something in white chocolate (his favourite). Then I include things like hand cream, lip balm, a pen drive, socks, handkerchiefs, and lots of mini toiletries. As he travels a lot for work, these are actually very useful and save him lugging big bottles around. He likes some of the Molton Brown shower gels and the L'Occitane ones. For fun, a Lush bath bomb. Sometimes there are small personalised items like a photo mug or a keyring. Items such as a small torch are useful. He's a keen runner so I often add running socks or running gloves. He also wears cuffed shirts for work so cufflinks and collar stiffeners are useful, and they are a perfect size for stocking.

We do adult stockings too and often get things like socks, mini drinks (eg wine,g&t, mini prosecco or those frozen cocktail pouches) mug, novelty tissues, toiletries, a rolled up magazine, a candle, novelty sweets, shower pouffe or flannel, pocket square, posh teabags, flavoured coffee or hot choc and a few novelty bits like an egg cup, coaster, silly card game like plop trumps etc.
I love stockings!!
