Where to buy an indoor teepee/wigwam?

Hangingbasket14 · 25/08/2015 19:25

I want to get an indoor teepee/wigwam as a joint present for my DC's (3 and 1). I have looked at Just for Tiny People and Playful Little Places. Has anyone any experience of these companies or any other recommendations? Any help gratefully received!

Hobbycraft have one you can decorate yourself for £35

I did see those but I don't have a creative bone in my body so I fear it would look shit.

Tesco had a decent sized one on the clubcard boost offer last week, was bright orange though

We got one from here last Christmas, it's lovely: lotsofplayinteriors.co.uk/TeepeeOptions.html

if it doesn't have to be an actual wigwam I can highly recommend the ikea circus tent.

its a great size - me and both dd's can sit in it comfortably. its lasted v well - been up in their room since xmas and played with regularly. can put it down - its poles insides. nice bright gender neutral colours and best part only cost £18 Grin

I got mine on Amazon!

I bought one from Great Little Trading Company 2 years ago and it's still going strong. They are a bit more expensive but the designs are great and good quality.

I got that one and the madthings love it. We use it outside when it's dry, it sort of rolls up when not being used and stands in the corner out the way, I don't bother taking it apart. Anyway we have been very pleased with it.

I've just bought a Kidcampz creative play tent. It comes with sheet, poles, connectors and you can make it into whatever shape you want. Currently 30% off and free delivery (£101.50)

The christmas bargains thread has one for just over £6 here, but is a cheaper sort of tent material. Depends what type you are looking for.

BonesyBones · 27/08/2015 20:50

Home Bargains had them in pink or blue www.homebargains.co.uk/products/10412-teepee-blue-childrens-play-tent.aspx they're out of stock online but they had more than they could ever possibly need of them in our local store last weekend.

PacificDogwood · 27/08/2015 20:53

We have this one and it's great. V sturdy, well made and actually looks like a 'proper' wigwam well, kind of.
