For her Christmas present, my mum wants DSis and I to arrange for her to come to London next Summer around the time of the Queen's 90th birthday. Not a problem, we'll book her travel and lots of fun stuff for her to do. But we won't really have this info in time for Christmas to physically give her, so looking for some clues/hints/related small pressies so she has something to open on the day.
Any creative people who can help me out with some suggestions?
She already has a waving queen (www.amazon.co.uk/Kikkerland-Waving-Solar-Queen/dp/B003EGB704), a queen washing up brush (www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Eliz-A-Brush-Washing-Up-Sponge-Queen-Elizabeth-Queen-Novelty-/271429699107) and a knit your own royal family. Apart from the royal family, she likes candles and gin (I mean, she likes lots of things, but these are ones that might be easy to work in!).
I live in London and DM and DSis will hopefully be coming to us this year, so as an alternative we could do a day/evening out over the festive period that's in some way Queen/royal related. DM comes London several times a year, sometimes monthly, since she was a teengaer so is by no means a tourist but she does like tourist-y things still.
Thanks for any suggestions!
