Sorry Billy Button is two separate words.

snowgirl1 · 18/08/2015 08:41

Thank you Eagles and Coleslaw, I'll have a look at those (and make it appear one night!)

RosieBdy · 18/08/2015 08:51

Snowgirl1 these Enchanted Fairy doorways were really popular on the last year's thread if I remember right!

Whatabout · 18/08/2015 09:21

pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=121717440110&globalID=EBAY-GB Paint your own and give some as gifts? Nice craft evening with some friends maybe?

NicoleWatterson · 18/08/2015 09:44

Jessesgirl
Last year wilko had huge gift bags for bikes for £1 or so. If they have them again they could be a wrap saviour!

PamelaEwing · 18/08/2015 10:21

Poundland did the bike gift bags too in the close run up to Christmas as we got one for DD's bike!

SpottyTeacakes · 18/08/2015 10:47

Thanks who

Elsashmelsa · 18/08/2015 10:49

Hi all,

So far today I've bought a Robofish (if you look on the Amazon page linked by a PP there is actually a link to get it from another seller with free postage so you don't have to spend £20) and a MLP Hoody from Aliexpress.

I got quite a bit of stuff from Aliexpress. But my best purchase this year was the Anna and Elsa costumes from 'Frozen Fever'. Disney Store were asking for £60 for the two, I bought them both for £11 and you honestly can't tell the difference, best thing is that they're not itchy inside either, lovely material!

I've also bought some lovely Christmas brooches from Amazon. They're very pretty and quite solid looking (although for the price they're not going to last too long I imagine but are very pretty). There are various ones but I've linked to just one below. Bargain!!

ShoopShoop · 18/08/2015 12:24

Has anyone had issues with giving card details to Ali Express? I'm just slightly nervous for some reason. I love the MLP hoodies though....

SideOrderofChips · 18/08/2015 12:29

i bought dd2s MLP hoody from ebay itself so have a look on there

Thanks Chips - didn't think of that! Got one all ordered now Smile

CoffeeTwo · 18/08/2015 12:37

Struggling with the mlp hoodie sizes! Anyone know roughly how they correlate with ages?

306235388 · 18/08/2015 12:59

I'm sure I bought something late last night but don't have an email and can't remember what....!

snowgirl1 · 18/08/2015 13:16

306 Maybe your internet history will give you a clue?

306235388 · 18/08/2015 13:21

Remembered it was a bid on eBay on a Barbie!

TheSkyIsAwake · 18/08/2015 13:35

Place marking for payday Grin

OvO · 18/08/2015 13:36

Drinking straw glasses, these ones are 99p on Amazon but I got the same ones on eBay for 45p (had to bid for those ones).

I just got mine and tried them and can assure you that they are fun for all the 34 year old women you know. Grin. So should be fun for the 7 year old I actually bought them for!

LokiBear · 18/08/2015 13:36

I bought a My Little Pony Scribble On today from Wilkos. £15 reduced to £5. Tesco have a Playmobil camping set reduced from £13 to £5 too.

GetTheFudgeOutOfRodge · 18/08/2015 13:46

Thanks Lion! That onesie scares me a little bit, I have to admit! Confused

Wow that bike looks amazing clockorange!
Can't believe the price for that. I was looking at ones approaching triple figures and thought there had to better options out there. Thank you Grin

binders1 · 18/08/2015 15:21

Thank you daddykyller for the heads up on the Olaf Tesco offer bargain £18 reduced to £6 - just purchased. 1st time on this site, taken a while to read through all the pages but thanks to those who have started it and everyone who has contributed - it's brilliant!

Bellebella · 18/08/2015 15:22

Not sure if someone has posted this but Argos have on sale a big box of christmas crafts for £5 reduced from £20. Bought it yesterday for my ds and it has loads! Colouring, painting, stickers etc. Very impressed with it.

binders1 · 18/08/2015 15:24

Lokibear just tried to look at Tesco Playmobil Camping Set but it is reduced to £13 not £5 or it something else? My nephews are always camping this would be great because they could really relate to it.

Elsashmelsa · 18/08/2015 15:49

Shoopshoopp, I bought quite a bit from Aliexpress last year and never saved my card details into it. I had the same concerns as you so also used my personal account which always has very little money in, just to be on the safe side. Never had any problems either.

The other good thing with Aliexpress is that even though the money leaves your bank account, it is actually held by Aliexpress until you confirm that you've received the goods. The seller doesn't get your money until you're happy with your purchase. If you don't receive it or you're not happy, you can get your money back.

Elsashmelsa · 18/08/2015 15:56

Bell, thank you for that! We had a £5 gift card from Argos and couldn't find anything we needed for that amount, but now I have - thanks!! Grin
