High Street Cards: Charity and Recycled

Why is it that the cards you buy on the high street are never made from recycled paper/card? Been looking in the charity shops this afternoon but none were. Anyone spotted any? I know I should send e-cards but this is for the kids to send to their friends and most are not on email yet!

Bought some nice ones from cancer research charity shop. Recycled and others made from replanted trees. Hope this helps.

Anyone seen any recycled giftwrap while we're on the subject? Wish the big supermarkets would do more recylced things.

Bought some nice cards for the kids from Oxfam which are minimum 50% recycled. And kept last years to make into gift tags so feeling super-virtuous!

Didn't try oxfam. Will look tomorrow thanks.
Just find it so frustrating wish they would do recycled as standard so you don't have to look at every label. Well I do anyway.

Yes wrapping paper is the other issue. I was surprised that the charity shops I looked in didn't seem to sell it. Do any of them?
