I feel like I need bl**dy Trinny and Susannah. I'm 34, 2 small children, don't want to look like mutton but don't want to look 50 in glittery knitwear either. I'm a size 12 but slightly gone west. There are a couple of professional women in my office who are too old for boots and short skirts and still wear them, I don't want to end up like that. I'm not on the pull as happily married but still want to look attractive and not frumpy. Not sure where I lost my confidence about clothes to go out in but somewhere it has gone.......Help! Any tips?

Oh god - the panic!! I'm a size 12 and short to boot - oh dear.

Have you thought about a nice pair of wide-legged trousers with a top - Dorothy Perkins have a couple of really nice tops in. OK - they do show boobies, but are silky, flared and straight. I've got one and every time I wear it it hides all the wobbly bits. Also every time I wear it, everyone asks where I got it from! It's got a split up the back of it but doesn't show anything off as it overlaps. Colours in DP are currently brown goldy and red colours - saw it in DP yesterday so should still have them round the country.

Glam it up with some jewellery - www.funkijunkjewellery.co.uk (my site - god only knows how I managed to get it up and running with two squawking kids running round!
