ok, so i know i shouldn't have time to do this, and i don't really, but i've always made my own christmas cards and i want to make them this year - i just need to do something really simple and easy with 4 month old on my lap. have bought plain cards and been looking for little christmassy bits to stick on them but not had much luck so far. would appreciate any ideas.
many thanks for help...

use your 4mth olds hand print and make rudolph cards. Brown paint handprint let them all dry
googly eyes and a red pom pom nose. Great for the grandparents etc.

also some decoupage stuff is really simple to do.

If you look here there are cards made by some mumsnetters, you might pick up some ideas.

paint baby hand brown and do a hand print in middle of card.
let it dry
put goggly eyes on x 2
put red pom pom nose on
can also draw a black smile if you want.
Very cute for close family as they tend to keep them.

no seriously, don't you have to add ears or something? so that they know what kind o f animal its supposed to be? i am very artistically challenged in case you hadn't noticed

lol works for with the hand print being brown and a big red nose people just know what it is. Very simple as I do them every year with DS who is just 3 and will do one with DD this year too.
Next year is when it gets better and you get your little one to make cotton wool snowmen..lol

ok, will give it a go and let you know what happens....
think i'll be better off when the snowmen kick in though
merry days. x
