I've been to a couple recently - both of which had multiple sellers there - one had Phoenix Cards, Virgin Vie (cosmetics and jewellery) and some French kids clothes company. The other had Formative Fun, Virgin Vie and a jewellery lady.

It was fab - got loads of my Xmas shopping done while drinking wine and gossiping !! Just needed some chocolate to make my word complete !

There's a candle one called Party-Lite - but candles are expensive and a lot of people don't rate them for the price ! Might be the one you're thinking of - they do candle sticks, candle holders, sconces etc - not sure if they do many non-candle gifts though !

Usborne can be good

Just say your friends ordered £200 of books and then 2 other people , on the night, booked a party you would get £40 of free books to choose and the choice of £15 of books for half price

They have lots of gorgeous ones out at the moment, inc fairy , princess, pirate and christmas snap!!!

oh forgot - what about chocoholics?

kslatts · 16/11/2006 13:07

I'd recommend chocoholics, I hosted one a couple of years ago and made £80 commision to spend on chocs. Got most of my xmas presents out of it. It was really good because everyone you came bought something the prices are quite reasonable.
