What are you hoping for from your dp/dh for Christmas?

What are you hoping for (or expecting) from your dp/dh for Christmas and do they know?

I'm hoping for something with a bit of thought behind it (even if I don't like it)... I'm guessing I'll get something that I've chosen myself that is left on the kitchen worktop unwrapped again. ho hum

I'd like some Funky wellies.

Dd (3.6) let slip that she'd been to the camping shop with Daddy so I'm probably getting a new set of billie cans .

cup of tea in bed and a bacon butty.

oh and can he get up at 7am and put the turkey in please so I don't have to.

Some leather gloves - I tried last year but didn't hint enough.

I ordered a bottle of perfume for myself for mothers day 2 years ago and got the same one for xmas that year and last year..... I really hope I don't get it again this year. (I gave the last one to my best friend for her b'day)
He's so proud of himself for getting it though.

I think DH is getting me the sims 2. Oh and he did mention if I ordered a dress he would pay.

DH and i always write each other a list of "ideas", so there should be plenty of choice for him. However this year i am struggling and cannot think of anything i would like!

I'll let you know when I buy it. he wants an ebook of all things.

Actually tbh I would love an engagement ring!

I know I shouldn't be but I have a feeling I am going to be really, really dissppointed if I don't get an engagement ring this Christmas. Dp is coming towards the end of a 4yr long divorce(yes, that long) and he will be retireing and getting a lump sum just before Christmas and I'm really, really sick of our lives being on hold for lack of money and for his bitter, mad and vindictive ex. I want to get married and I want an engagement ring[stamps foot childishly emoticon]
I have a feeling I will be dissappointed though and I feel I need to talk to him about this to avoid tears on Christmas morning..................

We don't really do presents for each other at Xmas - we will try to have a really nice meal out or a night away instead.

Well dh is getting this

I am not very hopeful about my present. He has dropped hints that it is something for my desk but I am going to be made redundant in Feb/Mar so I won't have a desk. Unless that is a small jokey present and I am getting something else as well.

He always buys me some sexy undies from La Senza (mainly for him though ) last year he got me some red shorts and matching top, it was so pretty I was really surprised, they must have cost quite a lot too.

He's quite good at buying for me - unfortunately I never have a clue what to buy for him. Have got him some aftershave so far and thats it.

my dh is really good at buying lovely presents, my all time favourite was a glass heart from venice it must have cost a fortune.

I know he will get me something nice I would like a handbag

I just ruined one of DH's little surprises by opening a parcel that arrived addressed to him (I know, I know, but we were expecting something he'd ordered for DS!) and it was the DVD of my FAVOURITE film, the black and white scrooge (the one with alistair sim).
