so last night I made my xmas dinner (trial run)

got the bbc good homes and they had a good couple of recipes in there, decided to have a go and it was rather nice, going to try some more next week as I always end up hot and bothered when making xmas dinner (even tho its only for 3 this year ) still I really want to be prepared this year (fingers crossed)

don't undrstand the fuss with xmas dinner! It's just a roast dinner isn't it? Roasts are about the only thing I can cook You just shove it in and the oven does the hard work

Ooh, tell us what you made TLV. What was really nice? Did you do anything flashy with the veg etc?!
