..to cover the base of it - usually made of felt with a wintery scene on it. Any ideas where I can purchase one from please? TIA

You could try the 'Ace' or 'Studio' catalogue. I have not looked this year but have seen them in the past.

Saw them in John Lewis's this week. Didn't notice how much, though. Were red velvet with snowflakes embroidered on.
