what homemade puddings are you serving this christmas?

Trifle
Delias chocolate bread & butter pudding
Ice cream (layered chocolate)
Pavlova

Ginger marmalade bread and butter pudding. I don't normally like bread and butter pudding but I make an exception for this one. Made with homemade bread.

We will be having:

Christmas pudding
Christmas pudding trifle made with leftover pudding
Panettone bread and butter pudding

And our favourite, ris a l'amande which is Danish Christmas pudding. It's rice pudding with masses of cream added eaten cold with a hot cherry sauce. While initially some people think cold rice pudding is odd, I've never met anyone who didn't like it. Plus it's really easy to make.

Trifle, maybe creme brulees too

Im the only one who likes xmas pudd so ill make rice pudding in the slow cooker and Angel Delight for 2 youngsters. Were not big cheesecake/gateaux/pavlova fans theyd go to waste.

Ooh, thank you darling - I'm gluten free and that yule log sounds delicious. It's only four of us for Xmas and probably only me who'd eat it though... there goes the waistline

I'm also going to make gluten free panettone mini things, and possibly the spelt spiced ginger cake from kirstie's homemade Christmas. I love pudding :)

Chocolate trifle, ordinary trifle, yule log/chocolate roulade, strawberry flan ,mince pies, and assorted fruit jellies.

I'm doing mulled wine poached pears with Stilton and then pecan pie with Sainsbury's orange and cranberry ice cream.

im doing raspberry trifle with amaretto instead of chambord and chocolate and peanut butter brownies with icecream.

ill do them both on Xmas eve (so OH can test the brownies!)
