What vegetables will you do with Christmas dinner?

We will be having sprouts with chestnuts and pancetta, and roasted parsnips. Don't like red cabbage. Feel like there's a vegetable item missing but can't work out what. DP says we can have peas too but I feel like there's something not quite right about that!!

Roast potatoes, honey mustard roast carrots & parsnips, sprouts, roast onion, broccoli.

Roasties
Sprouts with chestnut and bacon
Kale with radish
Honey roasted carrots, parsnips and red onions
Swede and carrot mash

And red cabbage with apple

Dp does...
Roast potatoes
Sprouts with pancetta
Cauliflower cheese
Parmesan parsnips
Spiced red cabbage
Carrots with star anise and brown sugar
Yorkshire pud
Sauteed long stemmed broccoli or Asparagus

We have beef not Turkey.

We don't normally have peas but 4 year old nephew is coming and he's suddenly become really fussy!

We are doing carrot batons DD2 will only eat the batons, she things batons and sliced are two different vegetables and HATES sliced peas/corn mix, cauliflower cheese - DH and I may have a couple sprouts too yuck we're also having both mashed and roast potatoes

Ok so our Xmas day veg is
Red cabbage
Roasted parsnips
Carrots and turnip mashed together
Brussel sprouts
Peas and sweetcorn cause dh insists!
Obviously roast potatoes and mashed potatoes too

Roast potatoes (obviously!)
Garlic roasted parsnip,turnip and carrot.We have these with all roasts but usually chuck some red onion in while cooking,for a bit of extra flavour,for Christmas dinner
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Mushy peas

I will be doing, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, sprouts with pancetta, carrots and either broccoli or peas.
