Dorothy perkin order..exchange question

So annoyed ordered a lovely jumper from dorothy perkins online for a xmas present only to find theres a big hole under arm area! now I am seeing this person whose present this was for on friday so no time to return and get back before then..so anyone know will they exchange this for me in their shop? thanks
