This weekend we are having about 5 or 6 couples and their children (couple of 3 year old and 6/7 14-16 month olds) over for drinks and nibbles. Just realised I have no idea what to make / serve other than hot pimms! Please could you give me your suggestions - the easier the better as I won't have much time to prep and will need to entertain 14 month old DTD'S at the same time! Thanks.

Baileys or mulled wine?

What about some sliced up pitta breads baked in the oven until crisps to use with hummus and other dips?
I'd be tempted to just chuck some frozen party bites from the supermarket in the oven if it was me.

Remember your friends are really coming for the company. Have a lovely time. Smile

I would serve one hot thing like sausage rolls and then a few nibbles like vegetable sticks and dips, cheese, crackers and grapes.
