Presents for nursery teachers and childminder

Do people buy for nursery teachers and if so what do you get? We have two female one male and I have no idea!
Also what would you get for an amazing childminder?!

I stole an idea from here last year for the teachers which was to buy a £5/£10 gift voucher for Starbucks/costa coffee so they can treat themselves to coffee and cake.

I have got each of my DTD's keyworkers a Molten Brown christmas bauble and then will do bags of 'homemade' chocolate hearts for all the other staff members in their room.

I have wrapped a box & put in the following so that they can share in the staffroom:

Coffee bags
biscuits
chocolate
mincepies
