Need to bulk-buy nice picture frames

Can anyone recommend a place where I can get a dozen plain but attractive and good quality picture frames (A4 and A3) 'good value'.

I thought about John Lewis - but I guess I'll be paying way over the odds?

Ikea - I have just had a good look everywhere, and picture frames are expensive. So if you are near an Ikea, their picture frames are good value.
