Stocking filler ideas for 22 month old & 6 month old dd's

Hi. we have Santa presents done plus a Xmas Eve bag of pjs slippers etc but they have stockings & we would like to fill them cheaply but have no ideas, I did the xmas bag & Santa & I am leaving dh to do the stockings but he is clueless the same as me, don't want to go overboard!

Pants, toothbrushes, bath toys, small cuddly toy or doll, happyland figures, chunky crayons, bath crayons and chocolate toys. I always put a Xmas outfit in the stockings and small books.

3d book marks, novelty pens/pencils. Small craft kits and single hot wheels vehicles have all gone down well with my 3 boys.

Finger puppets, Xmas hats, xmas bibs, xmas socks, crayons, choco coins, small books, little people figures, wrist rattle, character bottle/cup, Xmas hair band or clasps.
