Don't forget that they are available for delivery saver customers from the 27th Nov. I am contemplating staying up till midnight to see if they come up.

When are they open to regular fairweather shoppers?

I'm getting up early to book mine. Not fussed what time so long as you lot don't hog all the slots on the 23rd

I only signed up to the delivery save for the xmas slots!

I'm going for the 22nd incase anything is missing.

I go for the 23rd because we always go to the market on Christmas eve for sprouts/parsnips/carrots and a wander to see if there are any carol singers about so can pick missing bits up then.

I'm more excited than the kids about Christmas as always

I'm waiting up for a slot on the 23rd. Tesco changed the store our shopping comes from recently and I now struggle to get a slot unless I book a few days in advance. I imagine they will run out of slots quite quickly for Christmas deliveries.

Do you get many substitutions? I've always been a bit cautious about doing an online Christmas shop in case half the stuff I want is substituted and I have to go in-store anyway

Got my slot

released at 22.56 for me. Booked my slot for 23rd... Went back two mins later to book my sister one and all slots gone for 23rd! Really don't regret waiting up now.

Lol I have bottles of champagne being randomly delivered to me throughout December at the moment. I do hope I remember to change the orders...

Very sneaky of them to release before time. Was wondering why loads had gone at 12:01. On the 23rd, the day I wanted could only get before lunch.

They released them slightly early last year too I remember.

Ooh thanks for the tip cece waited up especially and by 12.10 I was becoming a little agitated. Had my basket of complete random crap ready and no slots beyond 17th available. Then thought ahh I bet there's a thread on MN and they will know the answers... And LO and behold I now have a slot for 9-10 on the 23rd. Got to love the power and wisdom of MN.

Every slot on the 23rd and 24th is full on mine now. Really glad I didn't wait until the morning!

I've only braved early on the 22nd, I need time for a plan b if I need it.

My excuse for doing it at 12.10 is that I have terrible insomnia...

I never thought I would be reduced to this level of domesticity.

Thank you for the reminder, OP. I'd actually forgotten all about the email I got, the date, the code, all of it tbh. Normally I'm forced into Asda at 7am on Christmas Eve.
